DISCLAIMER: Always use the factory service manual. This is the procedure that I used for my car and in NO WAY Replaces the factory service manual.

1) Measure vehicle ride height and record for future referance.

2) Remove upper control arm rebound bumper.

3) Raise vehicle so front suspension is in full rebound.

4) Remove wheels.

5) Remove brake hoses.

6) Remove all load from torsion bar by turning the adjusting bolt counterclockwise.

7) Remove tie rod end from steering knuckle.

8) Remove upper ball joint stud from steering knuckle.

9) Remove lower ball joint stud from lower control arm.

10) Remove drum/steering knuckle/lower ball joint as one piece.

11) Install lower ball joint to disc brake steering knuckle.

12) Install lower ball joint stud in lower control arm. Torque 155 ft/lbs.

13) Install steering knuckle in upper ball joint. Torque 125 ft/lbs.

14) Install tie rod end in steering knuckle. Torque 40 ft/lbs.

15) Slide brake hub assembly onto steering knuckle.

16) Install outer wheel bearing, thrust washer and nut.

17) Tighten wheel bearing adjusting nut to 90 in/lbs. while rotating hub assembly.

18) Check disc runout. Runout should not exceed .0025" If so replace disc.

19) Install brake pads into brake caliper.

20) Install brake caliper onto mounting bracket.

21) Install brake hose.

22) Bleed brake system.
